Architect Santiago Vidal Romo, MDI

Design Director and Founder

The architect graduated from USFQ, with graduate studies in real estate management (USFQ + University of Madrid) and a master's degree in real estate development and urbanism from the University of Miami. He leads the design and conceptual development of Vico Arquitectos' residential projects with an integrated vision focused on sustainability, functionality and urban value.

Architect Sayonara Muñoz, MDI

Interior Design and After Sales Manager

Specialist in interior design and residential architecture. Puce graduate with additional training in interior design in Argentina. She manages the areas of finishes, after-sales experience and interior styling, ensuring quality, aesthetic consistency and client satisfaction in every project.
